Goin to Bat for Hillary

Hillary Clinton slaughtered Barack Obama in yesterday's primary, you'd never know it watching the mainstream media. As a matter of fact, on the top of the AOL Home page, I found this: "Has Clinton Hurt Women: She has run a tough campaign". This link from the Huffington Post serves as yet another glimpse into the Left's devotion to Obama.

It's a strange day when I'm the one having to go to bat for Hillary, just to make a point that she won big last night!

I Had A Dream...Really

Perhaps nightmare would be a better term for what I had. I had a dream last night that it began to look like Senator Barack Obama was going to lose the nomination (or perhaps it was the Presidency...not sure which race). And, because of the kind of rhetoric we've heard from people like Michelle Obama, riots were beginning to break out all over the country. Now, I don't believe that will happen. It was a dream...uh, a nightmare. However, I know exactly where that dream came from. It came from hearing the speech she gave this week, in which she essentially said that if Barack Obama didn't become President, then a little 10-year-old black girl may not go to college! What the hell is she talking about! This is coming from the Princeton and Harvard graduate who is in her 40's?! How on earth did she get a break without her husband holding the highest office in the land!

While I have believed for a long time that Senator Obama is dangerous for our country, I'm just as convinced that a First Lady Michelle Obama would be very bad for our country.

Obama: The Nominee?

According to Chris Matthews, the Democrat race for a presidential nominee is over. Is he calling it as it is or is it just wishful thinking?

It's not looking good for Hillary. And, this is the first time I feel bad that she's not getting her way--at this point....only because I consider Obama's foreign policy to be naive, at best, and dangerous.

Outlawing the Pig?!

This is no joke! Janet Levy, of Front Page Magazine, writes an important piece.

This is a reflection of the cultural jihad in which we find ourselves....unless we're blinded by political correctness!

Shock: Muslim Group Makes Voice Heard

Since when should we care what ANOTHER extremist group thinks about?! I'm sick of radicals telling us what they think, what they want and what they'll do if we don't do things their way!

So, Now he's a Victim...

Barack Obama's pastor, Jeremiah Wright, now claims to be a victim. I'm not sure how spewing hatred about this country and being called to account on statements like "the KKK USA" and "G-d America" makes him a victim. He says that the attack on him is really an attack on ALL BLACK CHURCHES. Really? I beg to differ. The political propaganda that is flowing from his pulpit is not what most ministers--of any color or ethnicity--preach. No, Reverand, most ministers who follow Jesus preach love, not hate, from the pulpit on Sunday mornings. How about you just take responsibility for your own actions for a change!

Day of Silence

The LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transexual) Alliance is sponsoring their annual Day of Silence on April 25 this year.

I abhor any ill treatment of any human being--except for those who have given up their rights by taking innocent life. I'd be curious to see what kind of attention any other group would get for sponsoring a Day of Silence for the unborn children who never get a chance to speak up for themselves. And, how about a Day of Silence for the countless numbers of women who suffer through physical abuse and even 'honor' killings under sharia law.

My guess is that both possibilities would be run out of the schools. One would be accused of shoving religion down the throats of students; the other would be labeled Islamophobic.

Zawahiri: A Call To Arms...Again

Al-Zawahiri made another not-so-shocking statment, calling on Muslims to turn mosques, schools, factories and universities into centers of jihad.

I'd like to believe that only a handful of radical wackos follow this guy. But, in reality, if only a tiny percentage of a billion people is too many people to not take seriously.

I have to wonder about how many in the United States believe and follow a message like that of Al Zawahiri....perhaps those who run public schools with members of the Muslim Brotherhood on the board and schools which teach sharia law and don't post American flags on the campus to name just a few.

What an Embarrassment...and Shame

I debated even making reference to Jimmy Carter's latest antics. It's become old news (no pun intended) to hear about his latest act of appeasement and accommodation. But, I find myself ashamed nevertheless of the former president of this great nation.

Teaching Islam in State-Funded School?

Sharia on our territory?

"State law requires the school to fly an American flag during school hours, however no flag flies outside of TIZA Academy."

Houston, we have a real problem!
