More Middle Name Madness

Now our favorite candidate-spouse has jumped into the middle name drama. Michelle Obama refers to the use of her husband's middle name as fear mongering. Does anyone really think that as a candidate--much less President--that somehow Barack Obama's middle name will be held in secret? And, if there's nothing wrong with it, why is anyone insulted when it's used?!

I've said before and I'll say again that I don't believe his name alone represents anything that would disqualify him from becoming President or from being a good President. What is absolutely dangerous are his policies (the few he has articulated) and his stance on foreign policy. There's no mystery or question about that. And, these are the things both the Hillary and the GOP camps must highlight in order to burst the Obama bubble.

You're just being divisive by pointing out that there is little or no difference between him in karl marx. What next you're going to remind people that fidel castro endorsed both him and Mrs. bill clinton for President. Shame on you *snicker forgive the lame attempt at humor.

If Barrack Obama thought his middle name would be offensive to some, then all he had to do was change it ,before he ran for the Senate, because he was running for President after he won the Senate.

Bill Cunningham of Cincinnati has it right and lame John Mccain defends Obama about Cunningham using his Middle name.

I sure wish that conservative purists would stop finding reason to attack John McCain and start finding reasons to support him over the likes of hitlery rotten clinton or barack hussein obama.

I agree with Lores Rizkalla that it is absurd to try to pretend that barack hussein obama's middle name is not an islamic one. In fact, it may very well be that his entire name is islamic. So what should people do, refer to him as The Second Coming of the Messiah instead?

I would, however, go further than Lores did. She is way too nice when it comes to such things, but I would never, ever vote into any office anybody who is moslem or has a moslem name. Call me a bigot if one wishes to, but I would rather be thought of as a bigot, then vote into office somebody of a religious ideology whose founder called for the murder of anybody standing in their way of total world domination.
